決済手数料は当社が負担します。会場までの交通費、通信料はお客様のご負担となります。
会場内駐車場は駐車券（1台あたり・16台限定）を別途お求めください。駐車券をお持ちでないお車は会場に入場できません。
JR勝浦駅から会場まで無料のシャトルカーを運行します。キャンプチケットはテント1張あたりの料金です。 We absorb payment processing fees. Travel to the venue and any communication charges are the customer’s responsibility. On-site parking requires a parking ticket (per vehicle, 16 spaces); cars without one cannot enter the venue. A free shuttle car runs from JR Katsuura Station to the venue. The camping ticket is priced per tent. |

決済完了後、ご登録のメールアドレス宛にQRコード付きの電子チケットを直ちに送付します。
イベント当日は入場ゲートでQRコードをスキャンし、リストバンドをお渡しします。
以降の入退場はリストバンドで行います。 An electronic ticket with a QR code is emailed to you immediately after payment. At the event, your QR code is scanned at the gate and a wristband is issued; entry and re-entry are by wristband thereafter. |

本チケットは記名式です。ご購入時にご入力いただいた入場資格者ご本人のみご入場いただけます。
主催者の同意のない有償譲渡（転売）は禁止されています。
入場者名の変更は イベント当日（2026年10月25日 23:59）まで無料で承ります。
ご入場時に本人確認書類の提示をお願いする場合があります。 Tickets are issued in the attendee’s name and admit only that person. Resale for profit without the organiser’s consent is prohibited. The attendee name can be changed free of charge until 23:59 on 25 October 2026 (through the event). Photo ID may be requested at entry. |
| 返品・キャンセル について Returns & Cancellations |
お客様のご都合による返金・キャンセル・日程変更はお受けできません。
（入場者名の変更は上記のとおり無料で承ります。） 雨天決行です。荒天時を含め、原則として開催いたします。 台風その他の事由により主催者が開催を中止した場合は、 チケット代金を全額返金いたします。 開催可否の最終判断は 2026年10月23日(金) 12:00 までに、公式サイト・メール・ SNSにてお知らせします。 No refunds, cancellations or date changes at the customer’s convenience. (Attendee name changes are free, as above.) The event runs rain or shine. If the organiser cancels the event — for a typhoon or similar — tickets are refunded in full. The final decision will be announced by 12:00 on Friday 23 October 2026 on the official site, by email and on social media. |
