個人情報の取り扱いについてHow we handle your personal information
株式会社MYタク（以下「当社」）は、LiQUiD Paradise 2026（以下「本イベント」）のチケット販売および運営にあたり、お客様の個人情報を以下のとおり取り扱います。
MYTAKU Inc. handles personal information for LiQUiD Paradise 2026 ticket sales and operations as set out below.
1. 取得する情報 / What we collect
- お名前、メールアドレス（チケットの送付とご連絡のため）
Name and email address — to send your tickets and contact you - ご購入内容、注文番号、金額
What you bought, the order number and the amount - 入場用QRコードと、会場での入場時刻
Your entry QR code and the time you are admitted at the gate - ヴィラをご購入の場合は紹介者名
The promoter’s name, for villa purchases - サイトの利用状況（ページ閲覧数など、個人を特定しない統計情報）
Site usage statistics that do not identify you personally
クレジットカード情報は当社では取得・保存しません。決済はStripe社が直接処理します。
We never receive or store your card number. Payment is handled directly by Stripe.
2. 利用目的 / Why we use it
チケットの発行と送付、入場管理、お問い合わせ対応、領収書の発行、および本イベントの運営に必要な連絡のためにのみ使用します。
Only to issue and send tickets, admit you at the gate, answer enquiries, issue receipts, and contact you about this event.
3. 第三者への提供 / Sharing
法令に基づく場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく第三者に提供することはありません。以下の事業者に、上記目的の範囲内で取り扱いを委託します。
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it. We use the following providers, only for the purposes above:
- Stripe, Inc. — 決済処理 / payment processing
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — メール配信 / email delivery
4. 保管期間 / How long we keep it
本イベント終了後、会計・税務上必要な期間（原則7年間）保管し、その後削除します。
Kept after the event for as long as accounting and tax law requires (normally seven years), then deleted.
5. 開示・訂正・削除のご請求 / Your rights
ご自身の個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除をご希望の場合は、mail@liquidfes.com までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、速やかに対応します。
To see, correct, or delete your information, email mail@liquidfes.com. We will verify who you are and act promptly.
